The Hotel is near the station of Bus 161 which takes you to port authority terminal in 30 minutes, It also has many restaurants around, The room is spacious and got Fridge and Microwave, and Coffe Maker. The staff are friendly, The Breakfast place is so small only one table !!!
I'm the member of these hotel chain, but when I checked in the staff did not want to register my membership member for this stay. And even she give me a king bed room, while I booked for a bouble beds room. When I told her it was wrong ,she insisted she's not wrong. Overall, she and this motel made us disapointed. But yesterday, when we checked in at Days Inn hotel, we were very satisfied with Days Inn's facilities and staff. In Regina Canada, the staff of Knights were also poor service with poor attitude. So we will never book Knight Inn any more. I don't understand why Knights Inn is so different with Days Inn in everything.
My telephone was'int working, next day they didn't solve the problem.I Stayed 3 nights telephone still didn't working.Breakfst was very poor.
its close to the metlife stadium
the breakfast in the hotel reciption
It was awful. We left my key to the front desk. And when we turned in the middle of the night, they told us that they gave our room to another people.Than, they gave us another room. But during this time, we lost alot of time (about an hour).
Clean room. Good television.
Sign outside saying "$30 for 3 hours" told me a lot about the hotel and what it was mostly used for.
The price was acceptable since we booked late for New Years Eve. The booking process was very simple and professional.
The service from the hotel was not good at all. When we first arrived we tried to find information about bus routes and the manager was not helpful at all. No one could understand what we were asking because everyone was foreign. Our room door was wide open and the room sheets were not clean nor was the furniture. We didn't feel comfortable even taking a shower. We were woke early in the morning by some working drilling and we just wanted to leave. Overall the bus trip to New York to experience Times Square was wonderful. The service at Super 8 needs major improvement
Great location near the bus stop to Times Square. Affordable price. Would come again.
Breakfast is served at a small table right by the reception desk which is not convenient at all.
The room was bad communication amongst their staff terrible but I guess you get what you pay for use as last resort please trust me on this
It is located accross a bus stop that has a bus going into nyc for $4. 25
Our towels were dirty and there seem to be a little poop stuck at the base of our toilet. The breakfast was not good.
The only thing I liked about it was that there was a subway next to the hotel.
The stuff very exteremelu rude people from India. They eevn do not know how to work with the guests. They left my room's door open after cleaning and when I was back and asked them were just telling jokes. the place is worst if you are going to viist NY. Find another place.
The staff at the lobby was rude The GPS wouldn't pick up the address----and I called the hotel for some directions how to get there, when I asked to repeat the new address he gave me the guy on the other end ( indian) was rude "Sir write this down we are very busy here" when I arrived 2 minutes later it wasn't busy, it was him with another indian girl chatting the whole lobby smells indian spices the room was OK sheets are clean but the comforter and the blankets are really dirty
This hotel is quite remarkable for the price. The rooms were nice and clean and the location was exceptional. The staff was really accommodating; yet we didn't ask for or need much. The bus stop to New York is literally across the street from this hotel making travels to the inner city seamless. You get way more than you pay for.
For what you pay for this hotel, I had absolutely no complaints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice and convenient place to stay near New York.
jacuzzi did not work, no fridge in room
It was inexpensive and close to NYC. The room was clean eventhough decor was dated.
The staff didn't speak very good English and had some difficulty understanding my questions. Breakfast was limited. They had a sign in the window stating rates for one to four hour intervals.
